Business Development Manager (m/f) We are supporting one of our clients, to identify and select a professional to work remotely from home preferable from nordic countries - Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland or Iceland to Portugal. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with business partners and direct investors to generate sales. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication and negotiastion skills, should also be able to take responsibility and achieve set KPI's. Responsibilities
· Identify potential investors as well as partnership opportunities
· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business
· Maintain existing business and client relationship
· Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
· 2 - 3 years' Experience in Business Development, promoting and Consulting on Citizenship and Residency By Investment Programs/Schemes.
· 2 - 3 years' Prior Knowledge in Real Estate internationaly is also considered.
· Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
· Focused and goal-oriented
· knowledge in social media, marketing will be an added advantage
· Fluent (written & speaking) in English. Additional languages, especially Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Portuguese are a plus.
